Fairly clean, lovely family run hotel with marvellous location to everything you could need in Newquay. Pretty building, fairly quiet and bright rooms. Lovely and great breakfast options with beans, yogurts plus genuine smiles.

Good-sized and en suite room with an extremely comfy bed.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was generous and savoury. Staff were helpful, room was brand-new and beautiful little with big windows. I had an amazing meal at the beach restaurant.

Perfect hotel with great location so close to the bars, felt very welcome throughout our stay. We liked triple room in a single bed.

The full English breakfast was a bonus. The staff was excellent, I had a brand-new room with a particularly nice view.

The location of the hotel was perfect and excellent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Waterworld Leisure Centre. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Marvellous and stunning setting in the great area, very close to St Breca as well as adequate taxis at the last minute. What a superb stay, no complaints whatsoever.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place for future holidays, the triple room was bright and immaculate and had a bathroom, and the location was marvelous, just a short walk away from Newquay Golf Club.

Friendly staff. Our room was a large and airy family room, which is great value for families. Everything was spotless, and our bed was super comfy. The parking space was a godsend as we would have found it quite difficult to find a space elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again.
